SyncMyKids ("we", "us", "our") is a mobile application designed to help parents and co-parents coordinate their children's extracurricular activities, attendance, and tuition. The app is operated privately and is available on iOS via the Apple App Store.

We do not collect location data, browsing history, contacts, microphone input, or payment card information.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond providing the app's features.
SyncMyKids uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
Your family data is stored in Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud, Frankfurt region by default). It is not shared with any other third party.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
Data within your household is visible to all members of the same household workspace (i.e., parents or co-parents who have joined using your household code). You control who receives the invite code.
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app:
Push notification tokens are stored per device and are removed when you sign out or delete your account.

SyncMyKids is designed for use by adults (parents and co-parents). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. The child profiles stored in the app contain only first names, emoji avatars, and a colour preference โ not any contact or identification information about the child.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Firebase Firestore, which uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. Access to household data requires Firebase Authentication โ unauthenticated access is blocked by Firestore security rules.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
